We all create our own reality.

We are free to believe whatever we want to believe because we are the masters of our own reality we are creating our own reality 

all the time including the experiences that we want to have and need to have in order to grow and become more vibrant.

There is a multitude of existences in superimposed layers. A corresponding multiplicity in modern and parallel lives—that surpasses human nature—ntil the Ego gains full consciousness, the sense of unity and the unbreakable continuation of individuality. One whole life dedicated to knowledge, one to emotional wealth, another one to great love experiences and a separate one for spiritual or artistic creation.  When you depart from this world, you leave behind all the good deeds that you have done and all the work that you’ve completed and that the only thing you take with you is your inner cultivation and the improvement of yourself, depending, of course, on the path that each spiritual life has followed.

If enough people believe in something, it becomes real.

We create a collective energy field, a divine net, which vibrates at the same frequency of love and compassion.  When you align all 

your thoughts and prayers you make a big difference. One may not be able to do it alone, but together you have the power. 

This combines the energy inside you with the divine love of the universe. Then you are everyone and everyone is you. Then life is a

 miracle. This is a basis of how things work so we now have to understand how we can have an effect on the Universe.

Your body
 The body is naturally a self-ealing mechanism. It is constantly maintaining and restoring itself. You know this to be true because your body has been doing it ever since you were born. Think about all the cuts and bruises you’ve acquired that have closed up

and gone away.The body speaks to you in many ways. Sometimes the signals come as hunches or silent impulses, at other times they come through feelings of comfort or discomfort. Listen to whatever the body tells you. It never lies.

When you override or ignore what the body is relaying to you, you interfere with the body’s natural healing process. Sometimes the body does not want to do what you would like to do. When you honor the body’s message, you honor the body’s wisdom.

The body is an intelligent energy system that maintains its inner harmony freely and easily by adhering to the infinite wisdom that  supports and sustains it  The body is a microcosm of the universe. Just as the stars move in harmony with that great macrocosm, so are the body and all its parts designed to move in sync with the natural rhythm and harmony of the universe.  The body does not know stress, yet when we interfere with the body’s natural healing work through poor diet, lack of exercise, or other unhealthy choices, the body’s ability to function at optimum efficiency is compromised. When you listen to the body and honor your body’s needs, vitality improves and joy awakens in your heart. You know you are in sync with the body’s wisdom when the body “hums” with vitality and joy. Whenever you see and know the truth, whether for yourself or for others, that truth becomes a healing  stream that flows out and supports those for whom you pray.

Living Planet

Earth's rain forests are the lungs of the planet since they exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide. Earth's is its respiratory system and  its streams of moving water and larger rivers its circulatory system, since they bring in clean water and flush out the system. Some say that the planet actually "breathes" because it contracts and expands with the Moon's gravitational pull, and the seasonal changes we all experience are said to reflect our own

 rhythmic bodily cycles.  Earth is very much like the human body in that both can be viewed as a system of interacting components.  Just as our bodies are made up of billions of cells working together as a single living being, so too are the billions of different life forms on Earth working together (although unconsciously) to form a single, living "superorganism." Further, just as the processes or physiology of our bodies has its major systems (such as the nervous    system, circulatory system, respiratory system, etc.), Earth has its own "geophysiology." This geophysiology is made up of four main components: atmosphere (air), biosphere (all lifeforms), geosphere (soil and rock), and hydrosphere (water). Finally, just as our own physiological health depends on all of our systems being in good working condition and, above all, working together well, so, too, does Earth's geophysiology depend on its systems working in harmony.

The Physical Universe

The universe is sentient which means it's alive and has thoughts. It is the source of everything.  The universe consists of of Vibrations at different frequencies and we have to tune into those frequencies to connect to the power of the Universe.

Nothing rests. Everything vibrates. Everything, in some subtle way, moves.  Every living thing pulses with the flow of life force that

 pervades the universe. Life is movement. The physical universe, creation, God, infinity and all these notions, are mere aspects, mere sides of the Great Reality. And there is a multitude of other sides, inconceivable to humans.

Universal Energy is a vital force that sustains all forms of life. It can be found everywhere in nature. Indeed, all living creatures need Universal Energy to maintain their vital functions.  Universal Energy works throughout the body’s organs and cells. As it flows throughout the body, it helps our energy system to regain its natural balance.  This energy of existence has always been there. It belongs to everyone and it includes everyone. Everyone needs this divine energy to live. It gives life to you and gives life to all living creatures.

The time-space continuum is not exactly as imagined by human perception. Infinity and the ever-present are one and the same. Objective reality is multi-dimensional. 

Numbers, matter, the spirit, individuals, ideas or infinity do not exist separately, but all together.  The relativity of time and the

 potential existence of simultaneous time intervals the great and unified reality lying beyond the human perception of the past,

 present and future. The physical universe, creation, God, infinity and all these notions, are mere aspects, mere sides of the Great

 Reality. And there is a multitude of other sides, inconceivable to humans.

Now we know that life is one as is the world; one entity, one essence. Reality is fluid and the environment of our life, including us, is a small subdivision of the whole. Reality is everything, and nothing that exists in it can ever be lost; 

Just as the man watching the dust and stones could not imagine the truecomposition and structure of matter, so too the spiritual world is merged with the material world in a transcendent way. It’s just that our mind is too finite tocomprehend it and our sensors are faulty. But this does not mean that it doesn’texist.  The natural environment is only a part of this Great Reality, this great harmony, and that it’s even essential for its completion, 

Life is full of happiness. Creation has generously spread it everywhere: in the sunbeam that emerges after the storm, in the colour and the odour of the flowers, in the whiteness of the clouds, in the purity of thought, in the singing of the birds, in noble intentions, in good deeds… 

Life is a priceless, divine gift! And every aspect of our existence overflows with unadulterated joy and grace.

Our planet, an insignificant stone in the crown of the universe, happens to be hosting species endowed with the element of spirituality. It’s not only about the existence of life on a planet, but that a percentage of that, a minimal percentage, where organic life exists in the universe, evolves at more advanced stages of biological evolution and spiritual growth. And at some point of this stage of 

evolution, the “thirst of the soul emerges and manifests itself through the tendency to reach and achieve things

that are “incredible, inexistent and unfeasible” for many. 

Then, comes the most significant turning point in the history of spiritual culture of

any kind.  We thought of them as creations of the human spirit, but we now know that these manifestations stem from elsewhere and would exist elsewhere—possibly in different forms-regardless of human habitation on the planet. Similar types of psychic life would have made their appearance on other planets apart from our own.

The distinction between the physical universe and the spiritual world is completely

subjective and human-generated. There are no material and spiritual worlds;

there are only genera of living beings, organic, rational, biological species,

others with stronger antennas and others with weaker cognitive abilities. 

The Great Reality is single and uniform There are no miracles and supernatural things; there are no things that break the laws of nature. All these things that we call supernatural are nothing but laws that are inaccessible to human cognition, logic and way of

 thinking.The distinction between good and evil, right and wrong, is not man-made; instead it has an eternal meaning that goes much deeper than we think and reflects and responds to greater realities, which we know to exist. This distinction would still exist and remain unaffected even if life stopped occurring or had never occurred on our planet. There would be life on other planets. The

so-called innate morality in a worthy man, has incredible depth of origin: it is not accidental or hereditary.

So is there a God ?

There are many gods and goddesses, but they did not create us, we created them.

The gods and goddesses are powerful beings who draw their power and energy from those that believe in them.

There are many entities in the spirit world which are just as real as us but part of a different reality, most are independent of us 

although they can, and often do, appear in our plane of existence. 

The Astral Universe

We live in a multidimensional universe. The physical plane is only the first (and most dense) of seven planes. The next plane is the astral; we dwell on the lower astral plane before birth and after death. The other planes are the akashic, mental, buddhaic and spitirual. Just as there are seven colors in the rainbow and seven tones in a musical scale, each with a different vibratory rate, there are 

seven planes of existence on the spectrum of creation

Physical Plane

The physical plane or physical universe refers to the visible reality of space and time, energy and matter: the physical universe is the lowest or densest of a series of planes of existence. After the physical plane is the etheric plane and both of these planes are 

connected to make up the first plane. When the physical body dies the etheric body is left behind and the soul forms into an astral body on the astral plane

Astral Plane

The astral plane, is where consciousness goes after physical death. All people possess an astral body. It is the world of the planetary spheres, crossed by the soul in its astral body on the way to being born and after death, and generally said to be populated 

by angels, spirits, or other non physical beings.According to occult teachings the astral plane can be visited consciously through astral projection, meditation, and mantra, near death experience, lucid dreaming, or other means. Individuals that are trained in the use of the astral vehicle can separate their 

consciousness in the astral vehicle from the physical body at will. When a person dies, they become fully conscious in the astral body. After a certain time, the astral body disintegrates, and the person then becomes conscious on the mental plane.

Akashic Plane

The central, neutral plane of creation that interconnects the other six. The distilled knowledge of the universe is recorded there. This

 is the records generated of everything that happens in the universe as it occurs. The appearance is that all matter and energy have a sort of built-in digital recording device, storing its entire history in a photographic code, but the records are actually windows into the past. The records show events exactly as they were experienced, so the information in them begins raw-it is not clarified, understood, and assimilated until a consciousness takes responsibility for doing so. Once it is fully assimilated, it is 

stored on the akashic plane. 

Mental Plane

In the mental world one formulates a thought and it is instantly transmitted to the mind of another without any expression in the form of words. Therefore on that plane language does not matter in the least. The mental plane, as its name implies, is that which

 belongs to consciousness working as thought; not of the mind as it works through the brain, but as it works through its own world, 

unencumbered with physical matter.

Buddhic Plane

The buddhic plane is described as a realm of pure consciousness.  Persistent, conscious, spiritual awareness. This is the full consciousness of the buddhic or intuitional level. This is the perceptive consciousness the buddhic plane exists to develop buddhic consciousness which means to become unselfish and solve any problems with the ego.  in the buddhic plane man casts off the delusion of the self and enters a realization of unity.

Spiritual Plane

The spiritual plane is split into many sub-planes and that on these planes live spiritual beings who are more advanced in development and status than ordinary man. 

The goal of the spiritual plane is to gain spiritual knowledge and experience.

Divine Plane

On the divine plane souls can be opened to conscious communication with the sphere of the divine known as the Absolute 

and receive knowledge about the nature of reality.

Time

The concept of time is simply an illusion made up of human memories, everything that has ever been and ever will be is happening right now. The distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion. In fact, there is no thing as the present. everything that we react to is either in the past or the future.

Space and time are part of a four-dimensional structure where everything thing that has happened has its own coordinates in spacetime. This would allow everything to be ‘real’ in the sense that the past and even the future, are still there in spacetime – 

making everything equally relevant.

Time, as an objective container for the universe does not exist.  It has no independent reality outside our perception. Instead, time is a function of our relationship with the physical world and although we might rely on it in our everyday lives, it does not exist outside us. Like a ruler or a weighing scale, clocks offer us merely a symbol of reality, not reality itself. 

Time changes and shifts depending on both our physical and  psychological state and we influence those states, therefore, we create time. And so, we must be wary that our concepts of reality are not substituted for reality itself.

Energy    The Vital Life Force

Energy can appear in both wave and particle form. The wave form represents potential, whereas the particle is the manifested form of one of those potentials. The observation that collapses that potential into physical form comes from our experiences, conditioning, expectations, thoughts, and beliefs.

Once observation causes a wave to take particle form, the other possibilities or probabilities cease to exist.  The observation of an alternate potential provides the opportunity for attention and energy to shift from fixed particle form back to a wave of possibility, and this is where change can occur.

Subtle, imperceptible forces frequently described as a vital force or life force that flows through the body. Since all matter and psychological processes — thought, beliefs, emotions, and consciousness — are composed of energy, the physical body is therefore the manifestation or representation of an energy field made of superimposed dynamic segments of vibration. The physical body is therefore a manifested form of potential in particle form.

When our body dies....

There are a number of levels that we must pass through.

When we first arrive, some people find it easier to accept that existence to continues than others. Although our body has been left behind, our personality follows us (good or bad). Many arrive at the lowest level which is grey and gloomy because they have brought their baggage with them. Not that all souls have to pass through this level many are better prepared and come straight through to the light. This new world only hold for you what you are capable of seeing in it. So the gloomy place is only a reflection of your state; or is it an actual place ? Unfortunately it is actual enough for those who want nothing better. They have not yet developed the power to live in any other way, they make their own atmosphere by the emanations of their own rather horrid emotions. They are not very pleasant folk who stay here. They have not yet developed the power to live in any other way, they make their own atmosphere by the emanations of their own rather horrid emotions. But fear not, when you feel ready to move on guides will appear to assist you. 

The path upward is always open and there are willing hands to help and encourage any person who aspires to tread it.  Changes will take place in these our new bodies to fit us for life in higher spheres and we realise that the same process must be repeated as one goes higher. As our present body fulfils its purpose in the ascent of the planes we gradually purify our being until we are again essential spirit, still no actual growth in this spirit will have been made here. 

An interesting variation in our society is caused by the admixture of earth-ages as represented in any one plane. There can easily be people living in close harmony here together whose earth lives were separated by centuries.

In each return here after death on earth you will tend to make higher progress and to spend longer away from earth since your essential spirit is being steadily enriched by earth experience and each time you return to earth you will be a richer and more composite personality.

REBIRTH

Rebirth provides us all with a fresh start, with a body differently conceived and developed and the connection between what has been made of the previous life and this new form is likely to be a closely conducive one. 

The soul is immortal and the only thing that becomes perishable is the body. Upon death, the soul becomes transmigrated  to live again. The term transmigration means passing of soul from one body to another after death.

The word reincarnation derives from a Latin term that literally means 'entering the flesh again'. Reincarnation refers to the belief that an aspect of every human being  continues to exist after death. This aspect may be the soul or mind or consciousness or something transcendent which is reborn in an interconnected cycle of existence; the transmigration belief varies by culture, and is envisioned to be in the form of a newly born human being.

Reincarnation is the vast rhythmic process by which the soul, the part of a person which belongs to the formless non-material and timeless worlds, unfolds its spiritual powers in the world and comes to know itself. It descends from sublime, free, spiritual realms and gathers experience through its effort to express itself in the world. Afterwards there is a withdrawal from the physical plane to successively higher levels of reality, in death, a purification and assimilation of the past life. Having cast off all instruments of personal experience it stands again in its spiritual and formless nature, ready to begin its next rhythmic manifestation, every lifetime bringing it closer to complete self-knowledge and self-expression. 

HEALING

Therapeutic Touch is a treatment that involves the transfer of energy through the healer to the recipient. It promotes self-healing by relaxing the body, releasing tensions and strengthening the body’s own immune system. Healing is natural and non-invasive with the intention of bringing the recipient into a state of balance and well being on all levels, cleanse the body, remove heavy energy and restore physical and spiritual balance.

Balance and harmony are vital to good health, some illnesses occur through an imbalance in a person's behavior or thoughts. Healers focus on the universal energy as it is represented in nature, as well as the human body. Animals, rocks, sacred places and rituals may all have a part in the energy healing process.

The life force that flowed through the plant/animal/mineral world is respected and honored. 

Extraction (exorcism) is a method of removing evil spirits or destructive patterns of behavior from an individual. Much like psychic surgery the issue is removed through ritual and given to the earth, the spirit world or the Light to be transmuted. After such a procedure there is a virtual void within the person which needs to be filled with positive energy to facilitate growth and health.

I thank my parents for me being here. 

I thank my teachers, my parents, spiritual guides, guiding angels, 

I thank supreme power, holy spirits and divine life force for being in harmony with me and blessing me.

I ask the Universe to be one with me, to heal me and everyone in my aura as a whole and complete.

The path may be difficult at times. Facing ourselves with uncompromising self-evaluation always requires work and dedication.  It is deeply spiritually rewarding and physically healing for those who persist.

First and foremost is the practice of reverence and respectful
attention given to your immediate family and ancestors. You are the result of the unions of your ancestors’ and they all deserve your awareness and respect. Look at yourself and accept yourself for who you are, whoever that may be. Remember that you are a part of nature, a working part of a working whole, and never separate from it. Your body and your soul are made
of the elements of the earth, as are those of all the animals, plants and minerals.  As such we are all related -- all children of Mother Earth.

Of major importance is your relationship with the land on which you live and the local spiritual forces that are around you. Pay attention to your environment, wherever you might be. Observe, don't just read about the activities of the animals and plants around you. Learn to listen to the answers brought to you by the rocks and the trees, the streams and oceans, the wind and storms, and the animals and insects.  Listen as well to the stories told to you by the buildings and the cities in which you live.  Everything has spirit, and everything has lessons to teach you. Do this daily; make it a habit, not something you do once and think that you know it all. Remember living on the land and honoring the land does not make you a part of the culture of the original peoples of that land. Honor your genetic, spiritual and cultural ancestors by directing prayers for guidance to them. Honor the the spirits in all of nature by directing prayers to them as well. They will answer you in your dreams and personal visions. These answers may come to you in inspirations, or dreams, or visions.  Follow the truth of those visions and they will teach you personal ways to pray to (and honor) the Spirit in all things.

Your spirituality should promote your own growth and connection with Spirit. It’s purpose is not to impress someone with what you know and do.

Contact with the living

View from the other side, report from a spirit.

I knew that some of my friends had means of making contact with earth by what are called ‘mediums’  I went one day with several others to a place where they thought they could get in touch with a medium.

This was not one of the usual arrangements where a person on this plane who had perfected communications with a medium could control her physical organism and pass messages through her to and from earth. Such arrangements are usually well organised on this side and some degree of accuracy may be hoped for.

 In this unusual case a living woman in the throes of a cataclysm of emotion had somehow broken through into communication with this sphere .

I realised that this poor soul was suffering great mental distress because of her ignorance of our conditions and her inability to trust the sporadic fragments which were reaching her. We did not know how much of our words and thoughts

she was picking up and she had no guarantee that her attempts to reach us were succeeding.  I was moved to help after a great many patient efforts I succeeded in getting a clear message to her for the first time and she as at last convinced that she was in touch with a real person.

I shared in her joy and relief. Unsafe unguarded, she had made a perilous venture and in its earlier stages had unfortunately made 

dangerous contacts with those on a lower plane. Interference from them often confused our earlier attempts, since the medium 

herself had no means of knowing with whom she was in touch. But by degrees we ‘cleared the line’. We found more reliable ways of communicating; almost by accident we hit on the method of automatic writing. She sat one day with her pen in her hand. I sent an urgent thought which surprisingly her pen transcribed. She told me she had been trying to get automatic writing for years but without success, but to me it was a novel experience to find that when I wrote down an idea she reproduced it faithfully on her paper, and not only that, but the writing was a facsimile of my own.

On occasions she also picked up my words as I spoke them, but we both trusted the method of writing and usually fell back on it. 

I got glimpses of her and soon found out as much about her life and interests as she did about mine. Our friendship continued, 

but my medium friend soon after was able to get in touch with her husband whom she had really been seeking when I first found her. 

He and I later on collaborated with her and formed a little group to speak and write together. She was full of questioning not only 

about our actual life here but about a wider system of ideas which might relate what we told her of it.

Naturally we started some insoluble problems but we got very intrigued with the system of ideas which was building up and felt we were making some contribution to a better understanding of our mutual problems. We were often at a loss, however, and as though in answer to our perplexities there was eventually an interposition from a higher sphere by an intelligence we all learned to love and trust and soon there were three of us working with her and helping to fit together the knowledge of earth and of the spheres. I found this absorbing and while I added my quota of knowledge and experience I was finding connections and understanding which helped me adjust to my own fate.
